Accurate Repro's suggestions
Currently, the algorithm that suggests repros to testers delivers these suggestions to those that are part of a particular test cycle without discriminating if these bug reports have or have not already repros that match your devices.
Now, if we know that "You can only submit a reproduction for a bug if:(...) it has not already been reproduced with your device(s) by other testers", giving to testers repro suggestions that follow this rule will be beneficial for everyone.
Attachments are shown that the rule is not always respected. Even if a tester is allowed to send a repro -which should not-, this must and can be controlled technically.
