Add Conflicting (Negative & Postive) Bug Reproduction Option

Add a third option for bug reproductions: Conflicting results. This means that the bug reproduction is negative when following the steps of the bug report, but it is positive if changed slightly. I understand that TestIO wants to keep the testing platform very straight forward and simple. However, I was wondering if something could be considered by the back-end team. I see that when one submits a real bug, there is room to include details (in the actual result box), for example if it worked on some devices and not others. Now, with the reproductions, the team wants just a simple positive or negative reproductions answer and nothing complicated. Therefore, no information box is included, just positive or negative. Could it be that there may be a benefit to having an optional box for more information? In most cases it would seem unnecessary. For example in a recent bug reproduction (activity ID #3761681). I understand that if it would have been a positive reproduction on one device and I wanted to let you know that it was not showing problems on another device. This would be extra and unnecessary information because either way you would need to fix the bug. However, what happened was the opposite. Following instructions and doing exactly as instructed [to not make any note about desktop mode], would have resulted in a negative reproduction. You would have been informed that the bug c a n n o t be reproduced, when in reality the bug was one click away (on desktop mode)! Yes, I understand that the screencast should follow the bug steps exactly, but it may be of help to have the option, at least for negative reproductions, (an option which will be ignored most of the time) to report if there is a normal-user-way of getting to the bug. (Desktop mode is usually the first thing an informed mobile user might do when something does not look right on a website). Thank you for considering it, YZH
