Add filter option to test cycles available on Dashboard

Please add feature to filter test cycles by "Time Left" , "Type" , "Device" that are available on Dashboard, so the tester can catch the test cycle as per his testing priority. The filter displayed on the top under "Interesting opportunities & tests for you". This feature will help to low the rush at testers dashboard and tester can only see test cycles by his priority.
