Add the ability to view bugs with the buttons "Next" and "Previous"

Now I need to click on the bug, view it, then return to the previous page or click the Bugs link and then find the desired bug and click on it. I suggest adding the Previous and Next buttons to be able to go to the next (previous) bug. It would be ideal if it worked together with filters. For example, I chose the filter "Сritical Severity" and by clicking the previous and next buttons I can view all critical bugs.
