Add the Notification function (icon) for Bugs and Repro accept. and reject. , and getting mentioned

I suggest to add the notification icon to know if the submitted bug or repro is accepted or rejected instead of checking "My issues" in the test every 10 min to see the status of them, there is a new bug that can be reproduced, or the tester got mentioned in the test chat.
