All forwarded bugs should be paid for

I think Testio should have the final say on bug payment and not the customers. It is quite understandable that TL and CSM review and double check on every submitted bugs before forwarding to customer. Due to the credibility of these individuals who scrutinize all bugs, I do not deem it fit to still allow customers to decide on who gets paid or not. First it is threatening to the testers and secondly to the standard of jobs been done all together. I would love if Testio pay for all forwarded bugs. So far it is forwarded, it should be paid for and that means Testio takes credibility for her work.
