Allow testers to make changes to submitted bug title
Often times you will realize you have made a typing mistake in the bug title after submitting a bug and it can't be edited again.
Just like a tester can edit submitted bug severity, steps, expected results, actual results and attachments so as there should be the possibility to change the bug title.
I know a TL can change a submitted bug title but not all of them changes it after requesting them to. I have found many customer accepted bugs that have mistakes in their bug title. I personally have been rejected of my bug because there was a mistake in the bug title. Bringing this feature will be beneficial to testers, customers and the entire community. Thank you.
