Allow Testers to Review Step Details and Uploaded Files After Test Case Completion

Currently, once a tester completes a test case, they are unable to review the text content they entered or the files they attached for each step. This lack of visibility causes significant challenges during the review process: --- [POINT 1: HANDLING REJECTIONS] --- If a test case is rejected for any reason, testers cannot review their previously submitted steps to understand what went wrong or double-check their inputs, leading to frustration and a passive workflow. --- [POINT 2: EVIDENCE FOR DISPUTE RESOLUTION] --- Testers cannot accurately memorize every exact requirement and their submitted inputs across multiple test case steps. If a rejection occurs, they need to see their submitted data to verify if they made a mistake or if it was a false rejection. Without this access, they cannot provide accurate proof to Team Leaders (TLs) to clarify the issue, leading to unfair evaluations. --- [CONCLUSION] --- Allow testers to review step details and uploaded files after submission would greatly improve workflow transparency, efficiency, and overall test execution quality.
