Allow user to change the feature/section after submitting bug

Currently after submitting a bug report it's not possible to change the section/feature you specified during creating bug report. Sometimes you make a mistake and another section/feature fits more to the bug report, but you cannot change it, you need to delete and create new bug report, it takes a lot of time.
