Bonus for all active testers for every ending of the year base on the number of their accepted bugs within the year.
Testers are at work everyday including Christmas and other celebrations day but after the year ends there is nothing to show little appreciation, i suggest that a setting amount as bonus should be paid to every testers by the end of the year depends on the numbers of their bugs TLs accepted within that year, this will encourage testers to be more active and always trying to get more quality bugs hence there will be future rewards for the bugs. Thank you.
