Consider Removing the limitation on disputes for Forwarded bugs ( rejected by customer )
Testers currently have a monthly restriction on disputes, in case there is less than 60% approval of previous disputes. This restriction is fair for internal disputes, ie for bugs Rejected By TestIO. However, the bugs rejected by customer are usually because the bug is not reproducible by the customer or some misunderstanding of the issue. In such cases, the tester should not be restricted from raising a dispute since the bug has already been approved by TestIO.
My suggestions are the following:
1. Restriction on dispute should not be imposed for unpaid bugs Rejected by Customer, ie Open Dispute button should be available for any bug that was accepted by TestIO
2. The dispute approval average should not include disputes on bugs Rejected By Customer
