Do not Penalize testers for Customer rejections while calculating Quality

I am not sure if customer rejections are taken in while calculating quality of tester. It would be good if customer rejections are not considered while calculating tester quality as customer will be having all details of a project and testers dont have and customers may reject citing that its not that way a feature works
