Enable MFA (Multi-Factor Authentication)

Hope you're doing well! I just wanted to give my suggestion. First, I want to express my appreciation for the incredible work Test IO is doing, especially with the launch of the Cybersecurity Course—it's a fantastic initiative! That said, I was a bit surprised that while Test IO is actively promoting cybersecurity education, Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) is not yet mandatory for testers. Given the importance of security, wouldn’t it be beneficial to enforce MFA for all testers? Making MFA mandatory would: ✔ Strengthen account security and prevent unauthorized access ✔ Protect customer data and ensure test cycles remain secure ✔ Enhance the platform’s credibility and trustworthiness for both testers and clients Since Test IO is already advocating for better security practices through the new course, enforcing MFA would be a great step toward applying those principles and making the platform even safer. Thanks

Hello, Muhammad! Thank you very much for your suggestion and for your willingness to help us improve the platform. You are right that our platform currently does not support multi-factor authentication. However, this does not mean that tester accounts are unprotected, so there is no need to be overly concerned. So far, we have not had any confirmed cases of account hacking or other fraudulent activity on the platform. In addition, even if someone gained access to an account, their options would be very limited. For example, changing the payment method would not result in an immediate payout, as payments are processed once a month. This gives the tester enough time to notice the issue, report it to Support, and allow us to review the situation before any funds are paid out. That said, account security is still important. If you have any concerns, we recommend using a strong and unique password and updating it regularly. Thank you again for your constructive suggestion. We truly appreciate your feedback and are always happy to hear more ideas on how we can continue improving the platform.
