I suggest making a pop-up notification of bugs with unread comments when the tester is online

The tester does not always check the control panel when busy in testing. And accordingly it will not see during the 'bugs with unread comments'. I suggest making a pop-up notification of bugs with unread comments when the tester is online. This can be very important.
