I suggest showing special announcements or important messages of TL in a more alarming way

I think that special annoucements or important messages by TL should be displayed in a more alarming way in the website, especially if the message of the TL is requiring to stop submitting bugs or something similar, because sometimes the tester is busy testing or writing a bug so he or she doesn't check the chat and doesn't recognize that he or she has to stop just after already spending time and effort which could be very fraustrating to the tester.
