Introduction of a bonus for participating in repeated cycles.

I see that among the testers there is no desire to participate in repeated cycles. There are various reasons why this happens. - Known bugs - Time spent looking for a bug is not rewarded. - Inadequate attitude of customers towards testers, where customers cheat testers for bugs and testers are left without money. Accordingly, each time the repeated cycles are idle. None of the testers want to be deceived. Customers are looking towards competitors and will soon leave. In my opinion, it is necessary to introduce a set of measures. I suggest introducing a bonus for participating in repeated cycles. The participation bonus will motivate testers to look for bugs. In any case, bugs will appear as testers will be motivated to look for these bugs. That is, testers will be insured against unfair customers, and the motivation of testers will remain at the proper level. Otherwise, if the trend continues unchanged, then customers will leave.
