It is very difficult for new testers to join tests because all seats get taken within minutes. Please increase the seat capacity or give preference to new testers so everyone gets a fair chance to work.

Hello, Fatima! Thank you very much for your question and for sharing your thoughts with us. Indeed, new testers may initially struggle to accept invitations. However, it's worth mentioning that our invitation system rarely considers tester level, unless a customer specifically requests it. In fact, 40% or more of the testers participating in most test cycles are Cooper-level testers, helping to ensure that both new and experienced testers have fair opportunities to participate. The number of available seats in each test cycle is determined based on the project's specific needs and is carefully planned to provide the best possible testing results. For this reason, the number of participants cannot be increased. If you're just starting, here are a few things that can help improve your chances of receiving invitations: - Add all the languages you speak to your tester profile. - Add all the physical devices you own and have access to. - Participate in our educational activities to continue developing your testing skills. - Enable notifications in your tester profile so you can see new invitations as soon as they arrive and respond quickly. We hope you find these suggestions helpful. Thank you again for your question and for your interest in helping us improve the platform. We truly appreciate your feedback and wish you every success on your testing journey!
