Make bigger Header bar with tabs of test (Overview, test sesssion, bugs, chat and ect)

After adding test session feature, top bar of page became too small (Overview, bugs, chat and ect). It is really not convinient for tester. We can compare its size with left bar (profile, dashboard ..).
