Merge the bug lists of parallel test cycles at the beginning of the test cycles so that testers can prevent duplicates.
We sometimes participate in some several parallel test cycles such as one is for Androids and the other is for iPhones. The bug lists of these parallel cycles are different at the beginning and a tester who joins one of the cycles can not see the reported bugs of other test cycles (so far I have experienced this situation more than 3 test cycles). After some time (in some cases after the TL forwards the bugs of other test cycles), tester can see the bug list of other parallel test cycle. But if the tester has reported a duplicate bug and if the bug is reproduced by another tester, he/she can not delete the bug anymore. This problem can be solved by merging the bug lists of parallel cycles at the beginning.
