Optimize the dispute mechanism

When the tester opened a dispute, it is necessary to wait from 1 to 3 days and it may be up to 7 days for the dispute to be considered. According to the academy, the tester can send 5 or more disputes, where 60 percent must be approved. As a tester, I need to manage my portfolio and I must take into account the results of disputes. Thus, in time I find it hard to assume that I will win a dispute or lose it. Further, as a tester, I have to refuse reports that I could potentially send for consideration, however, due to the length of consideration of disputes, I have to refuse such a decision.(Thus, the tester loses some of his money.) 1. I propose to make the rule for the consideration of disputes more clear. For example, to establish a clear rule that disputes will always be considered from 1 to 3 business days. 2. The tester can send 5 or more disputes per month, where 60 percent must be approved. For example, there are months when the tester does not send disputes, it would be convenient if not open disputes were transferred to the next month. 3. Or another suggestion in your opinion.
