Please add message when test cases are no longer available and bugs can't be submitted

I joined a test cycle straightaway for https://tester.test.io/tests/j97bf9f and was accepted onto the test cycle so I started testing. Then I and other testers found it was not possible to submit bugs. Please can a warning message be added if it is not worth joining a test cycle anymore as bugs can't be submitted? It will save us wasting time testing and finding bugs for no reason.
