Problems associated with pre-testing!

1. One person has many accounts. Using one account, this person collects bugs from the cycle. When the same cycle arrives, the same person uses his main account and adds the necessary bugs very quickly. Catching such person is very difficult, since such a person uses an alibi that look, I did not take part in previous cycles on the main account.
