Provide users a chance to replace Crash logs if wrong Crash logs are submitted

Pls provide Testers a chance to attach correct Crashlogs to a defect in case wrong logs are atatched instead of directly Rejecting them. The effort put by testers are wasted in case of direct rejections and he will be de motivated
