Rejections: Be able to see the rejections and reason even though the Cycle has finished

Once the cycle finish you are not able to see your bugs in any place except the archive area, the problem is that in this area you see only if you have a reproduction, u.story or an accepted bug, but not the rejected ones. a even worst, if you don't have any approval and only rejections in a cycle , you are not able to see anymore this issues.
