Suggestion to merge the "Known Bugs" under "Bugs" so that all the previously reported bugs can be seen easily under one section.

Right now there are 2 different sections for bugs in Test IO: "Known Bugs" and "Bugs". When the tester wants to examine the previously reported bugs or when the tester tries to report a bug and wants to check for duplicates, he/she has to look through both "Known Bugs" and "Bugs" sections seperately. This causes longer time and more effort. And this may cause to miss some duplicates because testers mostly focus on "Bugs" list. In order to get rid of these problems and make the bug reporting process more user-friendly, I suggest to merge the "Known Bugs" and "Bugs" under one section (maybe under "Bugs").
