We understand that this may cause some inconvenience for iPhone users, as iOS devices often record videos in MOV format by default. However, there are several important reasons why MOV support is not currently available. MOV files do not always play correctly on non-Apple devices and may require conversion or special software. This can make it difficult for other testers, Team Leaders, and, most importantly, our customers to open and review the submitted files. In addition, MOV files are often much larger in size, which can make them less practical to upload and store. For these reasons, supporting MOV files at this stage could create additional difficulties for other users and customers. That said, we understand the issue and are currently exploring possible ways to make the process easier for iPhone users.
