Tester should be able to request change of assigned device if not compatible with the app on test

Unfortunately testers often get a device ( like older tablet) assigned, that is not compatible with the app to test. In this case the tester can only quit the test. There should be a way for the TL to change the assigned device of the tester in such cases ot there should be another possibility for the tester to request a device change.
