Testers should receive automatic bonus if the bug is rejected because the customer can't reproduce it, if there's at least one other tester that has been able to reproduce it

I have noticed something that concerns me recently. Customers keep rejecting bugs because they say that "with this information it is not possible to reproduce the issue". This happens even when 1 or more other testers have been able to reproduce the bug. In these cases testers do not get bonuses and this is unfair. I have personally opened disputes for these kind of rejections, but it's a bit disturbing to open a dispute every time, because this issue happens very often. If the testers get automatic bonus they do not waste time opening disputes and Testio staff does not waste time reviewing these disputes, which are always accepted.
