Testing blocker

Hello team, The Access claims page sometime become a blocker for testers when only limited claims are available and are already taken, testers wouldn't release them (specially when TL is offline so no announcements are available to be made) so only few testers are applicable to test. I hope you look into this problem. Thanks for your efforts so far.

Hello, Abdelrhman! Thank you very much for raising this important point. We understand that testers may sometimes face difficulties when trying to claim accounts for testing. This usually happens because the credentials are provided by the customer, and the platform does not directly control how many accounts are available. To help improve the situation, the CSM team will ask customers to provide additional credentials when needed. Also, during testing cycles, Team Leaders will reset credentials if all accounts are occupied and testers are unable to claim them. We hope these measures will help reduce the issues testers experience when claiming accounts and make the testing process smoother for everyone. Thank you again for this valuable observation.
