The dispute manager should always take the side of Tester/Team Leader/CSM, in case the customer rejects a legal bug!

There are cycles, where cycle instructions are incomplete or inaccurate. The tester successfully finds and adds a legal bug. The team leader and / CSM check this bug and redirect it to the customer. Further, the customer rejects this bug for an incredible reason. The tester is left with nothing. The tester needs to open a dispute. The dispute manager rejects this bug and takes the side to the customer. The tester for the second time is left with nothing.
