The logic of the requested device in repeated cycles, does not allow testers to add new bugs.
The tester is invited to cycles with the requested device including re-cycles.
In the repeated cycles almost all bugs are found or known. Also these bugs are in the tab known bugs (100; 150;200;300;500).
Using the requested device, for the configuration itself, the bugs are not detected.
But testers have other devices on which they find bugs in repeated cycles and cannot report these bugs.
These bugs remain in the shadows, none of the testers in the re-cycles report them.
Give testers a possibility to find bugs on all available devices in repeated cycles.
