The setup for rapid cycles from the customer, (critical only) contradicts the academy 'test.IO'.

Often in rapid cycles, the customer sets the description and scope of the cycle in such a way that the found bugs (only critical) contradict the "test.IO" academy. Thus, the severity of the reported bugs is low or high. I suggest making changes: - Description of the cycle from the customer is the basis for the reported critical bugs. Even if the customer asks to redirect broken links; - Or prohibit sending rapid cycles with this setup, because the description and the scope of the cycle itself, contradict the academy "test.IO" and brings controversy among testers;
