The status of the defect should be changed to TestIO accepted after customer rejects due to Not reproducible

When a customer Rejects the defect owing to different reasons like "Unable to reproduce with given information" or "Cannot be fixed" or any other reason and testers from testIO were able to Reproduce it, The status of the defect should be changed from "Rejected by Customer" to " Accepted by TestIO" or "TestIo accepted" and the same should be counted in quality scores
