The tester should be paid automatically for the usability reports which have been rejected by the customers.
The usability reports consist of two different types.
1- General Suggestions
2- Questions/Answers (Feedback)
Both are only suggestions to improve the site and app. So if they are accepted by the Team Leader and Forwarded to the customer But rejected by the customer then the testers should be paid automatically. We should not need to submit the disputes because these are only suggestions and it depends on the customer whether they will implement them or not. But suggestions are accepted by the Team leader. So it should be accepted as valid and the amount should be paid automatically. We should not need to submit the disputes. Thank you
