TL can ask customer for checking again if they gave wrong decision during reviewing bug forwarded.

Payout for the bug might not be important. However our effort during testing and finding bug should be consider carefully. (Tester and TL always do it but customer don't) Moreover, the bug's valuable is to make the site better is very very important here. It cannot be ignored just by wrong customer decision. My real case for example here. My bug reported: https://tester.test.io/tests/88493/bugs/1800251 Following to the cycle given instruction 
- "As a premium user with only friendship interest (men/women), I cannot see the booster banner" And my bug: I’m be able to see and buy booster by refreshing the page (with only friendship interest (men/women) ->Team Lead also agreed this is a major bug. 

But client rejected my bug with reason: "
As a basic (also for premium) user with Booster and with any romantic interest (men/women), I can click again in the banner and buy more boosters" It's not related and doest not make cense Contacted with supporter and he said that "client's decision will not be changed". It means that if dispute right has limited, there's no way to guard us if client makes his mistake during reviewing our bug reported. That's no fair I think
