When a customer downgrades the severity of a bug, a tester will automatically get the difference.
Often customers downgrade the severity of bugs, which is contrary to the academy/platform.
I believe that a testers should receive the difference automatically, because a testers honestly did their work and the academy/platform including confirmed the severity of the bug.
Not all customers are honest and it is necessary to recognize this fact.
I believe that this is another logical error that insults and humiliates testers.
Let's play by human rules, and respect the work of every tester.
