When the test cycle closes early due to "Set up not correct" by customer , the tests should not be counted in calculating reliability scores

Lot of times its observed that test Cycles gets closed due to poor set up by customers and testers were not able to find defects due to this. The same should not be counted when calculating the Reliability scores. Currently it looks like these are counted in reliability scores.
